A Great Day at PiXL

Leaders from across our Trust attended the PiXL Primary Conference and came back inspired and motivated.  From ideas for supporting reading and writing, to ways to ensure everyone can feel like they belong to the school community, each school came back with a list of things to implement and improve.  The chance to take 'Time to Think' and to reflect on what works in school and what will make things even better is so important.  Not every initiative is right for every school, but leaders at SET had some great conversations during the day and will continue to work collaboratively.
