AJS Hosts Visitors from Nepal
Alderman Jacobs have been working with Anglia Ruskin University this year on ways to develop teaching and learning strategies based on research and evidence. Through this work, teachers are developing their practice and pedagogy so that children are even more active as participants in their learning. Alderman Jacobs were thrilled to be asked to host academics from the Department for Education from Nepal who are also working with ARU on how they can develop teacher development across their country. A number of teachers had the opportunity to talk to the academics about their projects and to learn about the innovative teaching systems that are developing in Nepal.
