Mental Health Week
13th-19th May 2024 is Mental Health Awareness Week.
This year, the Mental Health Foundation has set a challenge to increase our activity and improve our mental health. Whether it's taking the stairs rather than the lift, taking part in an exercise class or getting out for a walk in the sunshine, being more active helps us all be more positive. Contact a friend, family member or spend some time reflecting on your own. Working with children means you need your A-game and so taking time to look after yourself first is really important.
