SET...Coffee & Catch-Up

I'm excited to share more news from across our Trust, this time about a new initiative that we started this year. After looking at the feedback from our last staff survey, we've created 'Coffee & Catch-Up' events to help us all work better together.

These 'Coffee & Catch-Up' sessions are happening at each of our schools. They're a great way for all of us to meet colleagues from different parts of the trust, share ideas, and learn from each other. It's also a chance to ask questions to our central team and see what other schools in our trust are like.

The main goals of these events are to help us connect with each other, learn new things, and improve how we work together. By meeting face-to-face, we can talk about our experiences, discuss any concerns, and think about ways to make our schools even better.

We're holding these events at different schools each time, so everyone gets a chance to visit other places in our trust. This helps us understand the unique things about each school and learn from them.

I hope you'll all take part in these 'Coffee & Catch-Up' sessions. Your involvement and ideas are really important for making our trust stronger and helping us all work together more effectively.
