SET...Coffee & Catch-up
SET Coffee and Catch up at Northborough Primary School
I am pleased to share an update from across our school community. The implementation of our 'Coffee & Catch-up' initiative, inspired by suggestions from our staff survey, has been really promising. This approach to fostering collegial relationships and enhancing inter-school communication has already had a positive impact.
Our second session, hosted by Northborough School, saw a turnout of colleagues from schools within our trust. The gathering provided an opportunity for staff members to engage in discussion, share experiences, and gain new perspectives. The event helped deepen our understanding of the challenges and successes experienced across our schools, reinforcing our sense of unity and shared purpose.
Additionally, these sessions have created a platform for staff to voice their ideas on potential improvements and to explore the diverse learning environments within our trust. The enthusiasm and participation from attendees highlight the value of such collaborative initiatives.
I am pleased to announce that Rachel Simmons from Werrington Primary and Cheryl Hinton from the Central Team were the successful raffle winners and were the recipients of treats for their respective staff rooms.
As we continue to foster a culture of open communication and mutual support, I believe we are laying the groundwork for future achievements. Your engagement and commitment to excellence are vital to our collective success.
