Pension Benefits

All staff have access to one of two excellent defined benefit pensions schemes.

Our teaching staff are eligible to be members of the Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS).

Teachers Pension Scheme

Our non-teaching staff are eligible to be members of the Local Government Pensions Scheme (LGPS). Soke Education Trust Schools are member of the Cambridgeshire LGPS pension fund.

Employee Assistance Programme

All staff have access to the Trust's Employee Assistance Programme delivered through Everyday Advice Line.

School staff can access a range of emotional and practical support including:

  • Management support

  • Legal advice

Welbee

All staff have access to the Welbee Wellbeing platform.  This provides a personalised plan of training, support and guidance to ensure your mental and physical health.  staff can access their personal account by visiting and joining with their school email address.
